Egységmester Kft. is the data controller for personal data processed through RoastMyDatingProfile.

1. What we collect

Your email address.

The photos and bio/prompt answers you choose to upload.

2. Data minimization & retention

Uploaded photos auto-delete 7 days after your report is delivered.

Report text persists until you delete it.

Account deletion (/account/delete) erases everything immediately.

3. Hosting & use

Data is stored in EU-hosted PostgreSQL and EU object storage.

We never train models on user uploads.

4. Consent & age

You confirm that uploaded photos are of you, or of people who consented to the upload.

The Service is 18+ only. Age acknowledgment is required at signup and stored with a timestamp. If any indication of a minor account appears, the account is blocked and its data deleted immediately.

5. Safety

We do not perform facial-biometric analysis, looks scoring, or age/emotion inference. We assess profile presentation only — never your appearance.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account removes all your data immediately. For any privacy request, contact support via the email address shown on the site.
